I'm not really sure what caused the error, but when I start a thread title with "Å" I am getting a 404 error when I try to go to the thread. However, I don't think this is caused by the addons I am using. I am using XenForo version 1.5.0.

The XAMPP forums seems very empty though. I encountered another problem also, Apache isn't starting. Any idea how do reinstall PHP when using XAMPP?

I am using XAMPP, which is an all-in-one type of thing (it installed PHP for me). Which installer are you talking about? I just want to be sure before I do anything.

At the virtual machine I am currently using; only Internet Explorer seem to work. Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome does not work.

I tried to change it to low, but it do not seem to help at all. My server have a limited internet bandwidth, so I need a high security level. The website is however Norwegian, all non-Norwegian IP-addresses are forced to enter captcha. Enough talk about CloudFlare, how do I fix this problem?
