Sorry for my confusion. I think maybe you are saying that you want the images to be CSS opacity of the images to be 1.0, and they are showing as 0.85.

Below, it appears you can see the logo through the translucent images? Or maybe you mean something else? Do you want the images to be opaque, so that nothing shows through them?

I just set up a light colored style, and that has revealed to me that it isn't just the Sub Navigation row that extends too far to the sides. The area above that, maybe the header background color?, also extends past the Max Page Width. See the red arrows in the picture below. Any help please?
