I have a member reporting this problem? any ideas why this is happening and how to put right. It just one of a few problems we have been getting since upgrading from 2.3.4 to 2.3.7, the biggist problem is signing in and out of the forum software.

Do you think I should put on Simple or advanced? I changed to Simple for now.

Some of my members are complaining that they are struggling to sign into the forum, or sign out with mobiles, (especially iphones) since I updated it to the latest version v2.3.7 from v2.3.4 Is anyone else having this problem and is their a solution to it?

Is it possible to play videos from Mediazilla.com on the Xenforo software posts. Videos from mediazilla do have a iframe option to embed videos in html, but there doesn't seem to be a way to enable html for selected users in the software. Any advise?

Yea that problem was on old gallery at first until I pointed it out, but was solved with an update.

I noticed that members can make Galleries private, but when they share images from it to a forum using the BBCodes, the picture doesn't show. This greatly limits the usefulness of the privacy function. If they paste the BBCode somewhere, then obviously they want that image to be seen outside the...

I got it fixed. Support just told me to turn canonical on, that solved most of the problem as it forces users to use the WWW in the url, and then its fine. When board is active the WWW isn't problem anyway.

Well not fix, patched as most members wont have the address with the WWW in it. I'll try a support ticket

OK guys, the inactive problem has been fixed It was just a case of inputting the www into the url and now it all works.
