I had this issue but only when trying save a post that had a image in the body. I reached out to my web host (Namecheap) and asked them to disable Mod_Security. Within 5 minutes they had whitelisted Mod_Security and resolved my issues. Still a bit of a pain in the neck. I moved my forum(s)...
