I want to add I was able to find the user ban list by asking user when he saw the banned notice and went to the "Banned users" and search by looking at the date close to when he was banned. I found his username and remove the ban ..
The search box in Banned user kept saying user not found ...

I can find the user in my user search .. it showing up in red letter with a line slash through the username .. I can go into user edit page ..
BUT ....
The user is not showing as "banned" and it shows VALID in user edit page ..
So I went and check the "Banned...
I have a support ticket from one of the user that got banned somehow so I went check the user list and sure enough it's red in color with a line cross it so I went to banned users admin panel and did a search .. no result found?
Then I added in the user as new ban and then do a search again...
NGINX
Since we use WHM/Cpanel and we have a script that we want to try out that require NGINX to execute from and Cpanel cannot run without apache so they offer a NGINX module to run along side with apache. I guess we must have not have it configured correctly when it was installed and broke...
I may have fixed it.
I added a module to apache the other day and but everything seems fine until we noticed the same ip address on all user so I just removed the module and recompiled apache web server.
I made a post and it's showing my actual ip address, now I am waiting for someone else...
Topic says it all.
Just recently it started to recorded all user ip address the same ip address that the server uses where Xenforo is hosted from.
So obviously something broke somewhere, what would be the first step to troubleshoot this? Something to do with reverse lookup I presassume...
Is there a way to receive an alert/notification when a person you are following make a new post or reply to a post publicly?
Or for a moderator to toggle a watch alert on the person each time they make a post or reply to one?

What happen if I change the template the user have selected as their template from one parent to a different parent?
Will they still be on the same template under a different parent style?
I was just thinking about the export and import method but I need to move the existing dark template to be as a child of an another template .. can I do this via export then import back as a child of the light template?
The default style is the light version which is fine.
The dark version is available as a selection if user choose to use it.
I only have two style on it, the light and dark version.
