You're right, this issue actually isn't fixed. The User is added to the subscribed group but remains in the AdBlocking group and the status 'you need xx pageviews to move out of the group' is not updated :(

It's a server issue. If you have server access you need to enable the Calendar PHP extension or otherwise ask your Host to do it

Same here. There is no option to uninstall it so I can upgrade and fix it. I know it's a free addon but still you would think [TH] would be better than this.

Couldn't you just check the 'display on first visit' box then set Nag every X page view to a very high number?
