Solved it. The Banned Email had ua and *ru in it and his name had elements of those letters in it, once I deleted those he could be registered. Must admit that had me scratching my head but thanks for your help all the same, I learnt something new!

Back to this again with a chap who has a btinternet.com address, it's saying his email address has been banned by Admin but I cannot for the life of me undo it and I can't even see it it the Banned Users or anywhere else for that matter. Any ideas anyone?

Solved it. I had a banned suffix in there - *mail.com. Deleted that and now hotmail address can be added.

I already have a fixed background but what I'd like to to do is add pictures or logos onto the background (not replace it). Is that possible? The perfect solution would be if the logo scrolled with the main forum but again not sure how to do it, assuming it's doable of course.
