Mmm but I think those mods also affect the thread title itself. I'm talking only about thread urls. I mean, the title could be "How to improve the thread title", but the url should be "improve-thread-title" ("how", "to" and "the" as stopwords).
Hello!
Is there a way to set stopwords for URLs of thread titles? I mean, to avoid common words like "to", "the", "and" (etc) in thread URLs. Sometimes they make urls too long, and they are completely useless in terms of usability and SEO.
Hello,
I'm trying to show the "Comment" schema markup for replies, but only in Xenporta articles (that's to say, only in the template EWRporta_article_thread_view). My goal is to make Xenporta articles appear as standard articles to Google, totally differentiated from forum threads. Thanks to a...
Hello. I'm getting this error when installing this add-on:
If I remove the ? from ?array on that line, and also from /Job/FontAwesome.php, it gets installed, but then I get errors like this on Xenforo console:
I'm sorry, I've noticed the right getter is post_date, not first_post _date. Anyway, if I use your solution, it gives a "natural" date, like "13 Dic 2022 at 09:55". What I need is a date/time in a suitable format for s chema markup, just like 2022-12-13T09:55:27
Nope, it shows...
<time class="u-dt" dir="auto" datetime="1970-01-01T01:00:00+0100" data-time="0" data-date-string="1 Ene 1970" data-time-string="01:00" title="1 Ene 1970 a las 01:00">1 Ene 1970</time>
Hello,
I'm composing a new template and I need the raw, non-formatted date/time information. If I use this...
<xf:date time="{$thread.first_post_date}" />
...it shows something like...
<time class="u-dt" dir="auto" datetime="2022-12-13T09:55:27+0100" data-time="1670921727"...
Does this mod show a "character countdown" for the user to see? I mean, you start writing the thread title and you see the remaining available characters as you type. Or at least, does the title get "blocked" when you reach the character limit, or does it show an error when trying to post a...
Hello!
For SEO purposes, I'd like that Xenforo URLs don't change when thread titles changes, for avoiding unnecessary 301 redirections. I'd gladly pay for a mod that creates a "slug" for each thread. Each forum should have a related slug ("topics" by default, "ads" for classified ads forums...
Hello,
I'd like to use the BlogPosting schema instead of DiscussionForumPosting in Xenporta threads (they act as frontpage articles and news stories; all of them are published in a specific forum). But I'm not sure how schema is implemented in Xenforo; it does not seem to be coded in templates...
