I use the 'stock' theme - no mods, nothing. I'm trying to place:
- a footer image at the bottom, 'locked' to the bottom (I can do that)
- a column oriented image on each side of the screen, also part of of the footer but extending to the sides
I understand I could use a 'fixed' layout, make...
I didn't realize it until now, but the 'usuals' on this forum all seem to be hardcore designers willing to kill each other over a shade of cyan or something.
Personally I think it's a fun idea and actually quite funny, not sure why all the outrage :p

In opera 11.50 when I click the file smileyimporter.php I receive a .zip, which is not a zip but the php file renamed.
I love XF to bits so far, but let's be honest, the search sucks in terms of results quality. I find myself just googling "site:xenforo.com/community search_term" in order to quickly find results.
Try to google for "site:xenforo.com/community backup" or even just "xenforo backup" then compare it...

I'm sorry but that thread doesn't make much sense, you can get DDoSed whether you use HTTPS or not.
HTTPS will only protect you and your users when logging from an unsecured location such as public Wifi.
Just as an FYI, this is an epic fail on Windows 2008, IIS, PHP536. The only binaries are for xp and w7, using either of them result in, well, nothing happening. Apc.php simply displays a message saying that APC is not running
