It was just fixed at their datacenter, when I posted that it was resolved they were fixing it

That’s because the issue wasn’t resolved until right now, it takes time for them to fix a physical issue at a datacenter site during COVID haha

I will definitely keep you and your contacts in mind for next time, although the issue has been resolved! It was a database location service outage that resulted in the slow speed. Thank you though!
