You know that when you're going to set up things on Cloudflare that cloudflare also stops spamming there is not really an system needed as it whas claimed that Cloudflare stops spamming.

I do agree on that and if i whas like the oner of Xenforo then i would take effort to take down pirated copies of software because it's what the FBI Did with copies from songs too to be honest.

Well just to be honest on my opinion all the crafted and creative and all the hard job on this software should be supported by the Police and ISP because also that Xenforo has over 1000 License but also the fact that just making copy's of popular software should be ''Illegal'' so hopefully...

Well i'm not sure if your allowed to do that but im pretty sure if you make contact with the hosting manager that they'll do that.

Well when you want to get your domain changed then you should make contact with the owner of the hosting he'll cancle your account obviously and make you create an new one for the same price you've payed before and probably give back your money untill you've payed your wanted domain.
