php.ini seems ok, unless I'm missing something obvious:

5.6. We're on a shared hosting, so I'm not sure I'll have privileges to make that edit. I also have no idea where to find the my.cnf file. Searching through the WHM file manager comes up with no hits.

The script says we meet all requirements. Hostgator have tried all sorts of versions of PHP, and we get the same result as well. Initially I believed it was because the Mysqli extension was not configured properly, but now I"m completely lost as to why this isn't working.

I’m getting the following error on my site after attempting to upgrade php from 5.6 to 7.4. Hostgator support cannot seem to figure out the issue. I was wondering if any of you had a similar problem and could help me help them fix it.

I love this add-on. The number one complaint my users have is that when a live update post appears in a thread and they read it, it does not get marked as read by XenForo, and then the thread appears to have a new message when viewing the “What’s New” or “New Posts” lists, so users click back...

I’m not worried about changing the files themselves, just their display settings. For instance, I’d like to have images display no wider than say 500px when browsing on mobile devices only.

I’m trying to figure out some code I can use to automatically resize images to a specific width, but I’d like to do this for mobile browsing only. Does anybody have any thoughts on how this may be achieved? Thank you in advance!

I've been having this issue where I (a super admin) have not been able to get my posts to update live when I post under my super admin account. Now, as the super admin, I can see other users posts updating, but they will not see my posts. Any thoughts? I seem to have the permissions set...

I've now upgraded to PHP 5.3 and it still is not functioning. Getting a general server error 500. Can't figure this out at all.

I see that... I changed the Captcha settings so registration works again, but that's a curious bug too.

I've purchased this add-on and installed it, and as far as I know activated it from my Admin CP, but I do not see it anywhere on my forums. Not in the sidebar, not in the links on the top of the forum, nowhere. Am I doing something wrong or is this broken? I'm running Xenforo 1.1.0.

I've been trying to wrap my head around getting this to work for subforums, but still can't figure it out. Anyone got an idea?
