    Registration issue

Quoted from the user's bug report: Clicked on register then I choose the "I don't have an account option to make one". Click sign up and it takes me to the error page. Says "please enter a value for the required field 'country_detected'".

    Registration issue

Is there anything else that could be generating the country_detected error? We've disabled the TAC StopCountrySpam and I still have users complaining about seeing this message. It may be tied to them using the Facebook integration.

You have to lift the ban from the admin panel. It lists the people banned in the permissions section.

As I recall, with the speed mode on, the server time is the only timestamp that will show in the shoutbox. If you want it to pull from the member's profile time, the speed mode has to be off.

TaigaChat Pro - Realtime chat/shoutbox [Deleted]

Greetings, I've posted here before about our cron job not running anymore and I see someone else has made mention of this too. One issue we did have (I ran it manually and looked for errors) was that it was hitting our limit for media links in a post. Reluctantly, I have quietly increased the...

    Better Blogs [Deleted]

Greetings, Is there any way to delete a whole blog without deleting the user or anything else? I have a member who just wants a whole blog and all its entries summarily deleted but I can't seem to find anything that doesn't involve deleting every entry individually.

TaigaChat Pro - Realtime chat/shoutbox [Deleted]

Just a quick thing as I'm trying to go to bed. We had our shoutbox post an archive. The thread id is still 3160. Has the phrasing of it changed in the pro version? Do I have to put a whole URL or something? We have not new logs since our upgrade.

We also have another bit of oddness since upgrading to the pro shoutbox. We have it set like we did with the free shoutbox with regards to images posting as thumbnails. It seems that if the image -width- is small enough, the image doesn't thumbnail properly. So tall and skinny images are...

Greetings, Our timestamping in the chatbox appears to be only recognizing server time rather than the member's local time. I found a comment in this thread that suggested using the "Relative" option and we are already doing so. We do have Speed Mode enabled. Is there something else we can...

It's been working fine all along. I just started getting problem reports via our Facebook account from members the day before yesterday.

    Facebook Integration login problems

Greetings, I have been getting reports from some of our members that they are unable to log in via the Facebook integration feature. Has something been changed on the Xenforo or Facebook side of things that we need to adjust from our site's side? I'm being told that there's some sort of...

    [XFR] User Albums

The images have not been greater than 4000x4000. The current one I'm testing is 1024x3885. If the php upload limit is the option you set on the "attachments" listing in the options menu, then that is set to 10240kb with no pixel dimension criteria, the same as I have set in the user albums...

    [XFR] User Albums

Both of the places where the upload limit is specified are set to the same figure. We have the dimensions left blank in both places. So far, with a 10MB limit set, we can only get a 2.1MB image to upload. Any other ideas?
