Some ports say "Network is unreachable" and some say "Connection timed out"

I tried port 26 and it times out

I have cpanel.

I'm getting this error too. I have tried many SMTPs and none work.

I did try port 25 and the network is unreachable.

I contacted them twice, they said there is nothing blocked.

How do I fix the firewall issue?
