Google Photos storage policy changes 2021

Just like with Stadia. You can "play anywhere," so long as you're playing it on a Pixel.

    Cancel Culture

Much of it is due to the rise of 24/7 "news" and social media. You can create a filter bubble/echo chamber/reality where only information that feeds your world view exists, and anything that doesn't feed your world view doesn't exist. It's why you see people unable to compromise anymore, because...

It's 2020.... PNG or SVG files for use as emoji/smilies?

You would need to open it in Illustrator. Photoshop doesn't do vectors, as far as I know.

Anything that can create vectors, such as Illustrator, GIMP, etc. You can also easily convert PDF (a vector format) into SVG.

how do people get away with nulled script

There's so many sites with nulled scripts that it's impossible to find and shut down all of them. Likewise, many sites that use nulled scripts generally have a low profile so they don't attract attention.

    IPB - Your Thoughts?

Used IPB over the years, as far as straightforward message boarding goes, both it and XenForo are pretty much on par. IPB has some nice add-ons that I haven't used. Dunno if there are XenForo equivalents yet.

If you thought GDPR is a joke, joke's on you

Some states were already collecting sales taxes on online purchases before the opinion was made. At least that's the case every time I buy things on Amazon.

If you thought GDPR is a joke, joke's on you

Have you used Ubuntu, Mint, or the many other Linux distros that never need a command line? There are plenty of Linux distros that are very simple to use and include all the software one would need for day-to-day tasks on a fresh installation.

If you thought GDPR is a joke, joke's on you

You just described how all "news" networks (CNN, MSNBC, Fox) operate.

    Xenforo Demo?!?!

It sounds like you want a free, remotely hosted message board. There are already plenty of services that offer that, like ProBoards (which is really good these days).
