Ok, I've figured out the issue, the page speed module was enabled and the Xenforo doesn't work well with page speed (maybe). Hence, some css variables weren't showing up, and also JS wasn't working.

I even have the same problem with the installer

That's the problem, sometimes it works perfectly fine and sometimes it doesn't. No 403 or server errors though, only error is some sort of undefined value (XF.Element.... or something I have to check it again)

Thank you, @JasonBrody. It worked The problem was similar to yours, my hosting provider also provided a TLS record while I was also using Caddy to generate TLS... That's why both of those clashed or something. Thank you very much.

The postmark app worked, but our own SMTP didn't. But if I use the same SMTP server on a different Xenforo forum hosted on a VPS, it works perfectly fine.
