    I totally and although I’m not as computer savvy as you folks here I can say that we have made no new changes Of note is that others with same usergroup have no problems. I thought I would make him REGISTERED again and see if that resolves it

    I thought of that was well and he has a Primary usergroup only but designated different than REGISTERD. I checked those permissions and he has permission to send and receive Messages

    I have not seen this before but we have a sinngle member who cannot send a Private Message as in each way he attempts be it by using the drop down in his avatar, the "start conversation" is missing Further if he clicks on the avatar of the person with whom wants to PM, the "start conversation"...

    we seem to have this problem from time to time and I have no idea why or how to remedy. I. try to refresh screen but no change here is a screen grab showing only the initial of the member and the usergroup is no longer there. Any suggestions would be helpful
