A rule of thumb that I live by when doing any sort of transfer of my site is to ask that a FULL CPANEL BACKUP be done and made available. Even if I end up not needing it the peace of mind is priceless. I hope that they get you sorted out quickly!!!

Im using the same skin and had no problems. Did you follow Russ's instructions to install that skin as it is not as straightforward as some skins.

What version do you have now? 1.1.0a? That is the latest that I know of. I think you should receive an email notice if a new version to you is available.

I got to that screen of yours no problem........ I assume that I click on that first (top line) resources to edit it.....which I did and get this screen, I then typed in Downloads where is says Title and Phrase Text and then hit (tried both save Phrase and Save and Reload). Nothing...

Ive been reading all the threads here about doing this and I guess that I understand that I have to change the phrase resources to Download. When I get to Appearance> Languages> English (US)> There are a lot of references to "resources". Do I have to change them all in order to get that one...
