Fixed. Even though everything was chown'd correctly, I was still getting the white screen. Deleting and re-uploading via FTP (instead of SSH via wget) appeared to fix permissions/owners.

Hello everyone, I have a safe-for-work (SFW) forum and a not-safe-for-work (NSFW) forum. I want my users in the SFW forum to be able to add themselves to the NSFW forum if they choose (ie, pressing a button on the forum somewhere that adds them to the NSFW user group). How would I do this?

Assuming one is running a private (invite only) forum, and has no need for IP logging on the basis of privacy and anonymity, is it possible to disable IP logging in XenForo altogether? The actual server has been setup around the focal point of privacy, so there are no IP tables on the physical...

Maybe a better question would be: what evidence leads you to the conclusion that those files need to be edited? As I said earlier, it looks like things appear to be in line. My PHP skills aren't perfect, so if there are any programmers reading this that want to chime in, I'd be quite grateful.

Jake, are you sure any modifications are necessary on the PHP scripts and in the database? I'm not seeing anything that would inhibit the new custom genders from being functional, at least from what I'm seeing.
