Which background image are you talking about? Is it the header? It's not a background image, just a bigger image which fits right across, instead of using a logo. I'm not planning on releasing the skin sorry. Although it wouldn't be hard to copy since it's just black colours with darker...

Exactly same error for me too. I'm hosting with Hostgator if that makes a difference.
