Got a solution, it was a plugin who caused it. The plugin shows thumbnails and full text in quotes instead of the cut version and text attachments, will contact the plugin author about it.

Using UI.X2, will it fix old avatars with the different pixel-sizes? I will get this anyway soon, just would be interesting, as this is one of my gtmetrix problems.

This is solved, needed to add the old content folder additional to the domain root folder, then these links convert to the right URL and attachments in quotes are clickable again.

See title, the import worked fine, attachments are there, but if someone quoted a post with attachments, they still show up in the source as in vb-style. original post: https://example.com/data/attachments/22/22345-4c8a7ba1afd1221a761549fd650f762b.jpg (shows the image thumb, how it should be)...
