Hi Chris, thank you for your reply! The problem is resolved, it was a web server configuration issue. We had no automatic redirect from http to https activated in Plesk. Now there are no such errors any more when trying to register or login. Kind regards from Germany, Dominik :)

I have noticed, that this behaviour is only on the first page the facebook user browses, when the user browses on a second page, registering is working fine.
