With that set to yes, any registered user (assuming you enabled it for registered users) would be able to delete any rating. So yes, I would interpret that as a moderator permission, and think it should be listed there. By default people are already able to "undo" the ratings they leave...

I was fighting this also, and figured out what the problem is. Its that the new Facebook Apps do not allow access to see the Facebook friends list. They changed it on April 30th, 2014. So its not going to work unless you have a Facebook App that you made before April 30th, 2014 already. Luckily...

Has anyone actually got this to work good with Facebook? I'm having all sorts of problems with it, @XCentral is trying to help, but we're not getting anywhere. Even using their demo site I was only able to get 1 out of 4 invites to work.

Is @XCentral shut down? I bought this addon over 28 hours ago, still can't download it because it hasn't been approved by them (payment was valid, made immediately). Anyone else having trouble? Do I need to go through PayPal and get a refund?

It seems to actually be working now, not sure what changed. It didn't count the first bunch of likes, but seems to have started to do so now. So who knows.
