Nope and nope xenForo is using responsive design which it'll load the same amount of data, css, queries(some addons might behave differently). It will display responsively according to the width of your visitors' browser.

The language is clean, there is nothing related with adult words/phrases unless xenforo told to do so. As I said earlier the language is in beta state and review is always necessary.
