This is what I see when I try to start a new thread

Since I upgraded to 2.3.2 I can't start new threads or reply to them unless they're quoted. I've tried disabling all add-ons and disabled caching in the config and on cloudflare. Any suggestions? Thanks

Update, I ran the command line upgrade a second time and things are working again.

I just updated my site to 2.3.2 (I think, I can't view the version right now). I tried using the web upgrader but it told me my site is too big so I used the command line. It finished up. Now when I try to go to my site it just shows The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back...
