I counter same problem a few days ago, I found that the xf_data_registry table was sized above 20GB and delete all unreadPostCount rows but xf_data_registry table was increase 5GB after a few hour again so i uninstall this addon alos MySQL requirements also inflate the database, CPU, and RAM...
