Some websites have a background image that doesn't scroll, while everything else scrolls vertically. It gives the appearance that the page is semi-transparent & floats over the background like layers do in Photoshop. Can that be done with a XenForum?

"Node Title" text color field also does nothing. It was blank before I even changed it to red as a test, ... if it was blank before then why do they even show up at all?
