Given data is stored instantly, its not backend. Any issue on backend would trigger a log, error, or something trackable.
I'm on desktop personally, and it happens on forum replies. I noticed it does not happen when messaging users.

Anyone experience issues with double posts after updating to v2.2.4?
Users are now posting everything twice as they are not aware the post saved. The only way to see a newly added post is refresh.
