XF 2.2 Oops! We ran into some problems – 403 error

I am having the same issue on Namecheap. Does this mean they need to whitelist all of website backend user's IP addresses? That is not very convenient.

Missing files - Site health check

Max, Understood. I renamed the folders in three locations for "Siropu" (now siropu) and the health check is passing with no issues, and the ads are also showing on the site :D Thanks

Missing files - Site health check

I didn't quite understand, health check expects the files and the files are there but the path to the files are capitalized, health check is probaby checking them all as lowercase.

How to redirect the domain to sub-directory?

I resolved this issue by creating a redirect in cPanel. I thought this might be a .htaccess task but found an easier way. Thanks

The website is moved but now I am seeing 8 missing files on the dashboard home page, they are all referring to Ads manager. I just doubled checked on the server and I can confirm all the...

How to redirect the domain to sub-directory?

Hi all, My website (forum) is in a sub-directory, so this is how the site path is in cPanel: /public_html/forums, and now my domain is showing the sub-directory but it does not auto redirect to the folder where the website files are located. I want either www.domain.com OR domain.com auto...
