It is allowed under Resource extensions and I am trying to upload it from here (resource editor). What's interesting is that the only file types I can upload is a very short list of the default? file types. It's like it's not recognizing my complete list.

Yes. The extension is enabled under allowed Resource extensions and also Attachments (allowed extensions).

I used to be able to upload .pptx files in Resources, but now I can't. Apparently it is now unsupported for some reason. What am I missing?

I was using a style sheet that was apparently not supported in the latest version, so it defaults to the default style sheet, which is OK. However, I'm now unable to upload .pptx to resources, even when .pptx is specified as an allowed file type under attachments.
