Since this topic comes back when people search for the question you can find it in Admin CP -> Search for User, and at the top of the "Search for User" box change to "Search by IP Address." (Default is Standard Search.)
Not just a Google account, but a YouTube account where any Google account can have multiple youtube accounts, the user has to pick one to login. Anyone seen anything like that?

If the forum you're converting isn't that old you may not have any links to the old, unsecured, youtube URL.
Playing with 1.08 and happy to see the option to assign anonymous posts to a specific user, seems to work, verified post in database now shows as the anonymous user. Great update.

I see you have two entries for memory_limit, at the top and 2nd from the bottom. I would suggest removing the 2nd one, memory_limit = 600M and change the top line to memory_limit = 512M.
This may not solve your issue since it appears to be a timeout issue but you shouldn't have two different...

Looking for some way to list all users who have entered anything at all into a specific custom field... I tried searching with an * or a ? or % but none of those work. I searched but could only find answers concerning searching via the front end (which is possible with a paid add-on.)
