In your video, where you're getting the error:3, I think that's due to the presence of the xenforo.com Referer header from clicking the link via this site. Opening the URL fresh it works fine for me every time.

Just to add a bit more info, it seems to vary by tweet. For example the above tweet fails with the error mentioned. But the below tweet from the same account works fine. Multiple users are witnessing the same behavior for these 2 sample tweets so I don't think it's a random/intermittent...
