Does anyone know if Xenforo has a native function to automatically resize and optimise images? My forum caters to a fairly non tech-savvy demographic, and they'll often try to upload extremely high res versions of photos that are 5MB+. I've configured my forum to not allow attachments above...

Another question... At the moment, my users are getting a message like the below when they receive a badge: Is there a way to put in a reason for each badge? e.g. 'You received this badge because you've been a member for more than 30 days.'
