Blue host support is claiming htacccess file(s) are causing this?

Fair question. I'll wait again. I was making an assumption that something was running on a Monday morning. My remedy was I stopped the MYSQL server and restarted same and the site came back alive.

Just looked, there is nothing from Feb 29 or Mar 7 in Server Error log

Ive had to restart my MYSQL server last Monday morning and again this morning. If there a way I can pinpoint what CRON ran when? Are there logs I can look at that may point to whats up?
