TsinJu there is not much to do at trial because the case is so weak.
I think a lot will be decided now at this hearing because there is so much which is nonsense. That will remove a lot. The bit left will not take long.

Well, it's just gone 10 past midday in California - we might hear something later this afternoon (California time), as I doubt the hearing finished that long ago
