Today's the day I guess. Anyone know what time we're likely to get an update, I appreciate its in PST, so for us in the UK, its unlikely to be much more mid afternoon at the earliest? Depends on the court timing I guess.

The court session is at 10am PST. The motion will be heard at some point during that session.
