XF 2.2 youtube "miniplayer"

If you are using the default embed code, if there is a YT parameter for that ability it should be as easy as adding into the embed code at ACP->Content->BB code media sites ... but reviewing Google supported parameters I did not see anything like that.

the entire ON3.com recruiting network sites use XF software and have this ability
