so I'm working on my forum on my own local machine, and despite having all the permissions set I cannot edit the profile of my test user: "Your full account details are not currently editable."
I'm not sure what the problem is as the user account should be able to edit their profile - is this due to licensing or whatever?
(PS: of course I can change their data via the admin panel but that isn't what I want)
