Scenario:
I know that I can manually update the RM table to point to the thread ID and to update the thread table to update the type value but it'd be nice to not have to manually create the thread to look like the other auto-created threads and then not having to manually touch the DB.
A resource is created in Category A which does not auto-created a discussion thread, the resource is moved to Category B that is configured to auto-create a discussion thread, when the thread is moved there is no discussion thread.
