Doing a trial import using the built-in importers in XF2.01 and came across this issue where thread import is taking an extremely long time :-
- Step 3 of 21: Users 00:12:49 [155,826]
- Step 4 of 21: Avatars 00:04:48 [5,201]
- Step 5 of 21: Paid subscriptions 00:00:00 [8]
- Step 6 of 21: Custom BB codes 00:00:00 [8]
- Step 7 of 21: Private messages 02:09:45 [1,868,731]
- Step 8 of 21: Forums 00:00:01 [169]
- Step 9 of 21: Moderators 00:00:00 [57]
- Step 10 of 21: Thread prefixes 00:00:01 [19]
- Step 11 of 21: Threads 00:35:04 [126] 0.01%
This is on an AWS EC2 compute optimised instance and the database is on an IO1 EBS volume with 1500 Provisioned IOPS. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated - eg where should I be looking for bottlenecks? Database settings to be tuned?
