For xf1 and xf2 need:
1. Users can delete email in account/contact-details (if user have email need verification via link to email)
2. if user not have email(now admin can delete email in admincp) then The user can enter a new email (need this new email verification via link to email). Now if users not have email then users receive error "Your email address may not be changed at this time".
