is there any setting to change the duration after which user get bonus point?

currently it says on my-bonus page
For every hour that you seed a torrent, you are awarded with 1 Bonus Point.

for example
what if i want to assign 5 bonus points after 2 hours of seeding etc...

I recently bought this addon and now that I want to use it I find that the site exists but loads something called Big App. I also have no way to contact the support.

I'm supposed to register the site on your website to work, but I can not do it.

Every now then when uploading I get "unregistered torrent pass"

The attachment needs to be deleted and added again for it to work. Does anyone know a fix or can fix this? Willing to pay.
