There are some applications out there that edit php code like: http://blog.smartbear.com/codereviewer/15-code-editors-for-the-ipad-for-free-or-very-cheap/

But I just want to read through the code like a book (best would be a simple pdf file having each function its own chapter, all auto-linked with references and it should have colored source code.
