Looking for a dev to develop an addon to clear the email queue from xf_job.

I prefer an interface where I can just click a button and clear it.

how would one know their email queue NEEDS clearing ?

I've had a need for something like this before when my queue would fill up and shut the server down. I can only do this from home as the server is tied to my IP, so I could not do it on the road. I just never thought about making an addon so I could do it from my browser/site.
