XF 2.3 XenForo API KEY FOR USERS

I have a question. I'm writing a php/app/page that I'm going to put into an iframe. My Xen is in website/community/ but the app I'm making is in website/ffl/ Am I able to pull user info from Xen via the API KEYs? and if I can, what all box's would I need to click.

Before it's said I know it will come up. doing an addon is over my head. And doing it this way keeps it within my know how. I'm also using AI to help me code. So it makes for less bugs just to do raw php outside of Xen and then try and tie in the user DB if that is even possible.

Thanks for the link. I still feel like its a needle in a haystack. I looked at your link. Would you care to point me in the right dir. I don't want to do anything crazy, just want to bridge the user accounts one way. From Xen to my php page. Make it so they hit a button that says link account or something and it pulls from my Xen forums. I looked at the API just not sure what all I need to hit. Is that the only documentation for what I'm trying to do?
