So you are kinda pulling the "key" or actionable information from the thread into these "end of thread" notes / ToDO / Mini-CRM footnotes?

Can the Todo items in multiple threads (different customers) be "pulled" into one area for staff to view the work needing to be done in it's entirety ?
 
Can notes be replied to ?

Where do the checklists exist ? Inside notes ? At the bottom of notes ?

Is there a demo on your website ?
