There is a similar section in Theme House's monetization plugin. Automatic messages are sent to members who meet certain criteria. My favorite feature of the plugin is that it sends messages when the member logs into the site. Does this plugin have such a feature? If so, that would be great. Because theme house requires a subscription for updates and I want to get rid of that.

Yes, there is a standard “User is logged in” criteria that can trigger messages either once or at set intervals with a recurring cooldown.

However, if you're asking whether the system can trigger a message every single time a user logs out and logs back in, that isn't currently supported since there’s no dedicated event-based trigger for login actions.
