Allow users and moderators to change content prefixes without granting access to the full edit form.

Instead of giving permission to edit the entire content - including the title and body - this add-on introduces dedicated prefix editing permissions, making moderation safer and more flexible.

Can see this being super useful, but is there a way to have edits sent to the approval queue? Would be a great way to basically allow users to "suggest" a prefix change to mods. Could see a similar setup being super useful for select custom thread fields too, but that may be outside the scope of this add-on?

This add-on is only aimed at allowing users to edit the prefix separately from everything else.
