The reason I'm asking is because on my other server the folders are 755 and I don't get these two errors.
Also, does everything in those folder need to be 777?

0755 may work, depending on server set up, otherwise 0777 recursively.

Ah well, rewrote them recursively, error is gone so it should all be good now
