Fixed Why does GitHub account connection require Read/Write access?

Just curious, as I modified XenForo files to test if it worked with just Read access, and everything seemed functional (Then I reverted those changes and made a new provider)

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.0 B7/RC1).

Change log:

Reduce the OAuth scope requested for the GitHub connected account provider.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
